Health Career Institute interview questions

Group interview, "welcome party" where they asked various questions that did not pertain to the job description or your experience. It was a panel where they wanted to get to you know you more as a person rather than simply hear you read off your resume. They hold casting calls for each position and only hire one person yet over 20 people show up.
