Healthcare Commons interview questions

I applied online. I received an email from a Supervisor briefly telling me about the position and requesting an interview. During the interview, the Supervisor discussed more in-depth the Case Manager position and asked basic interview questions. After the interview the Supervisor requested I submit documentation such as driver history, college degree, driver's license, vaccination card, and complete an application on PDF. Then I was ghosted.
