Hedcor interview questions

Introduction was done for both sides to inform who is currently conducting the interview. Past work experiences were discussed and skills that have been obtained through aforementioned experiences. Current goal drive why candidate is applying for the position and relate each skill set that he/she has that would separate him/her from the rest of the candidates.

The interview process is very organized. Interviewers were all encouraging and positive. There were 4 batches of interviews all in all, with an average of a week waiting time per interview. All were done through Video Call.
