The interview process was easy and intended to be conversational to see about fit with Heinens philosophy and mystique.
My only concern was that in hindsight, the job duties were not explained fully and I was surprised by having to clean bathrooms, mop floors, and push carts in addition to cashier duties.
Very laid back and informal. They want to get to know you as best as possible. Questions are not tricky, they are truly based on getting to know you as a professional and person

Very easy. Brought in my resume, met for a few minutes with someone from management, and got the job. Mostly just had to show that I was a hard worker and dependable.
