Should have been a straight-forward interview. Though a key piece (the technical assessment) was never delivered, and attempts to reach the recruiter by email / job board failed. Ultimately, we had the interview (treated as a phone screen). Communication failure was written-off as an email delivery issue.

Was given the assessment. At first, emails were responded to promptly, but they soon became hard to reach. At most, I might get a generic explanation for delays, and a promise to follow-up soon. The rejection email came almost a week later than they said.
