Companies still using personality tests are such a red flag. Introverts need not apply. It doesn't matter if you have Workday experience or 10 years of HR experience that shows that you know how to talk to people - if you score too high in introversion, you're out. Because this is a consulting gig and if you introverted you must not know how to talk to people.
