You need to take multiple aptitude and workplace personality assessments to see if you're a good fit. Allegedly, they only look to reach out to ~1% of the people who take their assessments, and they're followed by 3 rounds of interviews, with the head of the recruiting program, chief people officer, and someone else. Some of the questions are fairly straightforward, but some are more niche and unexpected. Although the questions themselves are hard, they're not particularly technical--in fact they specified that they were looking for people without too much technical experience who would benefit the most from their program, so keep that in mind. In short, it was lengthy. There was a period of over a month and a half where I heard nothing from the recruiter at all, with an uncertain start date and them not being sure if they secured the company/ies they wanted to work with for that program's cycle. Considering how many rounds there are total for the interview process, I initially applied in March of 2024 and did not hear a final verdict until late May, so be prepared to wait to hear about your offer.
