As others have pointed out, it is a pretty outdated interview method. It is a 4 part assessment. From reading other interview reviews on here, they seem to use similar, or possibly exactly the same, test for every position. The first part is an aptitude test trying to assess your behavior/personality and if they like it. This is the longest part as there are 28 pages of 5 statements at a time. You need to answer all 5 at a time to move onto the next 5. You're free to use as much time as you need here. The second part gives 15 min for a 50 multiple choice question test to see your pattern recognition abilities. You're not expected to complete all 50 questions in the allotted time. The last 2 parts are 10 min each for 20 mc questions related to Excel and PowerPoint. These are pretty easy to pass if you've used either software before.
