Heller Consulting interview questions

First did an interview with the Operations Director--friendly and helpful. Then I was tasked with a Salesforce configuration focused on security and flows. I was given a week and was told not to spend more than 6 hours on it. I don't think its an appropriate ask. There shouldn't be an assignment that is longer than 2 hours max. This one would have probably around 8 hours. I encourage Heller to revamp the task to be more equitable for folks that are working full time and have other responsibilities. Its a bit of a red flag to ask for so much during an interview process.
