      I am fine with assignment round as part of interview process but This is one of those companies that requires a substantial assignment. The task was essentially a full campaign brief, requiring a complete campaign proposal along with market insights, almost as if you were working as an agency. Given a full week to complete it, which represents a significant amount of unpaid time and effort. What’s worse is the lack of communication afterward. After submitting the assignment, there was no follow-up or courtesy update to inform me that I was not selected for the role. To make matters more frustrating, many weeks later the hiring manager had the AUDACITY to request access to my assignment submission again, despite the fact that I was not hired for the role and had never received any response regarding the outcome of my application. A more respectful and professional interview process including reasonable assignment scopes and timely communication. From this interview experience it clearly suggests that the culture within company is not greaT
