    Sales, Customer Service Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Rancho Bernardo, CA
    Declined Offer
    Negative Experience

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Heng Enterprise (Rancho Bernardo, CA).

    Interview

Don't waste you time. This is a scam.

    Reasons for Declining

Fishy, scam like company. Do not even bother in going to this place, huge waste of time. First they sent me the wrong directions, who doesn't know their own directions? Anyway, nightmare started there. My phone was broken so i couldn't call. After an hour of looking for the address, I finally get there. i could tell it was a fishy business because they were not holding interviews in a regular office setting, it was clearly a rented place. There were about 7 other people filing applications and none of the interviews lasted longer than 5 minutes. You could tell that they were in some kind of hurry, when it was my turn, the person who did the interview kinda explain what they were looking for, they supposedly need managers for their sales team, they say they work for Costco and at&t. How? He did not explain, he asked 3 or 4 regular interview questions but seemed to be in such a hurry that was really uncomfortable. At the end of the interview he didn't even ask me if I have questions or nothing, this person didn't shake hands at all, not at the beginning, not at the end. With ANYBODY! Their ad on CL keeps running saying they need to fill 8 positions by Monday, apparently every zmonday because I've seen the add several times. Don't waste your time. They are rude, non professinal people that are probably scamming others. Don't waste your time!

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Heng Enterprise (Santa Clara, CA) in January 2015.

    Interview

It was really quick, the lady on the phone was nice and outgoing. She gave me a brief picture of the company but did ensure me the hiring manager will go into much detail (which he did). Asked me a few questions and she schedule me in for the day after, because they were booked for the next day. Overall, it was an easy process and I felt comfortable. During the one on one interview I was at first skeptical because I felt it was too good to be true, but they showed different offices in the nation plus the GroupMe chat that he had where he communicates with his other offices. Lots of opportunity, and that is what made me said YES! And as a current employee, the reviews here don't really give a great detail picture of the company. I would recommend to just try it out and if it doesn't work for you, than let them know, but I don't think listening to SOMEONE else negative opinion about a workplace should determine YOUR decision in working there. If i listened to the reviews back in January, I would be working at a whatever job but unfortunately I didn't because I am on my way as manager! #getexcited
