Interview
This was a short, 25 minute phone interview. It was very cold with no feedback, and the questions specifically used language that would only apply for people already working within the county, which was frustrating.
Asked questions about the child welfare process, given case scenarios, asked how would respond and prioritize situation. Overall I was asked questions in a group-like setting and was over video
They had standard questions, and you were given questions ahead of time to review. Interviewed with multiple department supervisors at one time as a panel. They took about two weeks to call after the interview
