Applied online and had a great phone interview with an HR rep. Was scheduled for an in-person interview less than a week later, after I submitted some work samples. I showed up on-time and then waited about 10 minutes for the morning marketing meeting to be over before my interview could begin. Interview itself was...cold. Unfriendly. Very little smiling happened. It was short, I was asked very few questions, and was left with the distinct impression that that would be a normal day on that team. Which is exactly the kind of culture I'm trying to get away from.
