Interviews of hexaware are difficult to crack. they want a developer who can have knowledge is AEM Site, dispatcher, AEM Target, AEM Analytics. In my resume there is no adobe target and adobe analytics related work i mention but still to reject candidate they will ask these question only.

The interview experience was really pathetic, It lasted for almost 30 Min and all the time lady interviewing me was not trying to understand how much is my expertise and knowledge but rather was wanting to prove that how much she knows. There are some interview ethics which should be taught to the panel, Laughing after every answer no matter how horrible it was is not something expected from a professional and providing input on every answer is not mandatory, It s a interview not a training . She was like "Ok you tell me which is the area you like me to question you ?" and after all the behavior she showed I perceived it as "I am so much confident and knowledgeable in everything that I can outperform you " :-P. I wish someone could taught her a simple lesson "True knowledge always humbles its bearer."
