The interview was only based on communication skills . No technical skill is been assessed during the interview . I have selected for Graduate Engineer Trainee role . we had 3 phase of training . the behavioral training , the technical training and the final behavioral training . I have eliminated on the first phase of training without proper reason . Even though the others who performed below me was upgraded to the next phase of training .
