I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Hexaware Technologies
Interview
They prefer textbook knowledge compared to realtime knowledge during the interview which maybe good for freshers but for experience of 10+ years is not a great experience. For senior members, real time experience and open conversation is preferable on new era of interview. Job should match both employer and employee side.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Your feedback is important to us, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We strive to provide a seamless interview process for all candidates. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Hexaware Technologies (New Delhi)
Interview
I had a very negative experience interviewing with this company. I was contacted by a recruiter about a job opportunity and after three successful rounds of interviews, we agreed on a salary and I was told that I would receive an offer letter by the end of the day.
However, it's now been over a month since the interview and I have not received any communication from the company. I followed up multiple times via email and phone, but all my attempts at reaching out were ignored.
I understand that companies may choose not to move forward with certain candidates, but the lack of communication and respect shown in this situation was unacceptable. It's frustrating to invest time and effort into an interview process, only to be completely ghosted afterwards.
I felt compelled to share my experience here as a warning to other job seekers considering this company. If they treat candidates this poorly, I can only imagine how they treat their employees. It's a shame because the job opportunity itself seemed promising, but the lack of professionalism and courtesy from the recruiting team was a major red flag.
Overall, I would caution others to think twice before interviewing with this company.
