I have 15 years of Data Engineering experience. I had interview with HighRadius, Bhubaneswar. I didn't understand their selection process. I had gone through 5 rounds of interview without a response.
Round1 - Technical - Goes well - Interviewer was a technical lead - 1 Hour
Round2 - Behavioural - Explain about career, family life till date - Goes well - Interviewer was Product Manager - 1 hour
Round3 - Technical questions - goes well - Interviewer was Director - 2 hours
Round4 - Technical & Managerial - Interviewer was AVP - Took 2 round of interview - 1 hours + 30 minutes
RRound5 - Technical Vs Managerial - Interviewer was Group Product Manager - Interview was fine. - more than 1 hours
After that I didn't receive any email from HR. When I contacted her, she told AVP was on leave and she will contact me soon. I followed 2 times more, but HR told will contact you soon. I was expecting some response/result of interview, as I was spending more that 7-8 hr within 15-20 days for all rounds of interview process.
My suggestion to management is, if you are not sure of a candidate, just stop the interview process after 1-2 rounds and give a genuine feedback. Don't take multiple rounds and waste time of the candidate without leaving a feedback.
