Had and initial 45 minute interview where I was told about the organization and the position, followed by some questions regarding my experience. After that, I was sent an exercise to complete and send within a day; this exercise took roughly 3 hours to complete. Finally, I had a second 45-minute interview with senior project manager, where I talked some more about my experience and was asked about how I would respond in certain situations. After this, I never heard back from the company ever again.
