Hispanic Communications Network interview questions

Applied via LinkedIn from an external recruitment company that was WONDERFUL. The internal team at HCN however was not as organized and streamlined. Last minute candidate tasks coming in on late Friday with little context or direction. The company has been burned by previous hires and that hesitation, uncertainty raised a few flags for me. The recruiting company is amazing and vets the candidates thoroughly - they should trust their expertise and processes to keep top tier talent engaged throughout the process. From my viewpoint HCN seems to growing rapidly and experiencing the disorganization that comes with it.
