I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hobby Lobby (Roseville, CA) in May 2013
Interview
They asked what experience we had, what our strengths and weaknesses are, why we should be hired, etc, we interviewed in a big room around a table one on one, we spoke with the assistant manager and manager. It was a very easy non stressful interview.
Very easy interview, they asked me the typical questions about my past experience, how I have demonstrated leadership in the past, why I wanted to join the company, my salary expectations, etc.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hobby Lobby (Temecula, CA) in Sep 2024
Interview
The most unprofessional interview I have ever had! The hiring manager made me wait over a half hour. Don't schedule an interview at the time scheduled if you cannot be on time! She made eye contact with me once during the entire interview. She also answered her text messages and responded to her walkie during the interview. I'm not even sure how she is a manager; extremely unprofessional!
I applied online. I interviewed at Hobby Lobby (DeKalb, IL)
Interview
Easy to find where I needed to go. It was a little discouraging to not see eye to eye though on scheduling ebe though I was upfront on my schedule. It seemed like I was being asked to work more than I was looking for.
