I applied through other source. I interviewed at Hobby Lobby
Interview
Applied online, went to the store location to notify management of my interest and submission. Was informed that they were still actively hiring and my application would be reviewed. Received an offer to interview not too long after.
(The interview questions I put here are a bit summarized they are not what was asked word for word. )
The interview questions were pretty straightforward and standard nothing you shouldn't be used to if you've been interviewed before.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Are you familiar with the company/ How much do you know about our store?
Why would you like to work here?
The interview process was straightforward and relatively quick. It involved an initial application, followed by a brief in-person interview with a manager. Questions focused on availability, customer service experience, and how well I work in a team-oriented retail environment.

Question 1
They asked about my availability and how I would handle helping customers during busy periods, as well as how I work with others in a fast-paced retail environment.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hobby Lobby (Tinley Park, IL) in Aug 2025
Interview
Spoke with the manager and had an interview scheduled a day or two after I applied. Went in to answer some questions, filled out a cashier paper test while I was there, and got the job on the spot.
