I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hobby Lobby (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2023
Interview
Take you into a room, ask about work experience, and you have to pass a math test. Includes decimals, percents, and other middle/highschool math you may have forgotten, so study up! To be honest I knew someone who worked there and I had done the job before so they didnt really care too much about how I did on the math. The first time I did this job I studied and aced it, but the second time I came back and got re-hired, I did terrible on the math but the manager knew me from before and let it slide lol.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hobby Lobby (Springfield, PA) in Jan 2022
Interview
During the interview Hobby Lobby will lure you to work for them with a lot of empty promises. Don't fall for that. They are known for dropping people from full-time to part-time to avoid paying the $18.50/per hour that they brag about.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Hobby Lobby (Huntsville, TX) in Aug 2018
Interview
Relatively routine interview. Surprise Math test at the end. No calculator allowed, but also no time limit. Basic math like percentages and fractions, figuring out sale prices without use of a calculator.
