Hodges Transportation interview questions

The interview was 3 hours followed by a tour of the facility. The interview process had standard questions by engineers, executives and executive assistants, followed by an excel test. The interview process was lengthy and phones were not allowed on the premises.

After the phone interview, an on-site interview and tour was conducted with people that I expected to be my peers and with management. At the time of the interview my exact manager was not yet identified but after I accepted we determined that through the onboarding process.
