HolidayIQ interview questions

Exploratory interview. I interviewed with the Media Sales head. She was pleasant and straight forward. I had two rounds of Interview. One with the Media Sales Head and one with the VP of revenue. Being a fresher, their expectation from me was realistic. They knew I had no real background in the field but was keen to start. Their concern was whether I would be comfortable with travelling because it had taken me 3 hours to reach the interview place within Mumbai from my area. Other than that, primary question was why I wanted to join Media Sales and my education background. Mind you this was in the year 2011 and I had just passed out of college.

DONOT GO THERE. Should be your last company on planet to work with. They are not interested in hiring, consultants force them candidates and they do time pass. Worst thing : they took 3 rounds, and all went well, I answered most & I was told to wait for another rounder, after 20 mints of wait, security guard received the call and he asked me to leave. Seriously u r asking guard to escort candidate out of the office, this is how you show your etiquettes your upbringings. I asked the guard, did they said anything else, he said he just asked you to leave. Anyway we all know the culture of your company and why always hiring is going on. But this level of behaviour shows how poor you people are.
