I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hollister Co. (Norwich, England)
Interview
I applied online, selected an interview date at the end of my online application. Went into the store for an interview. It was a really informal group interview with the store manager and one of the assistant managers. We sat in the food court of the shopping mall! Really basic questions, it's easy to build upon ideas that others say as its a group interview. Interview didn't last more than 30 mins. Dress Hollistery to show you could represent the brand; jeans, simple top and sandals/converse.
Also... I just wanted to clarify for those who still think there is a look policy. THERE IS NO LONGER A 'LOOK' POLICY. Obviously don't go OTT on the make up, keep it to a daytime look. They mainly hire on personality, so be approachable, friendly and confident. It's all about diversity and inclusion!
