I applied in-person. I interviewed at Hollister Co. (Glendale, CA)
Interview
It was a group interview, and we all walked to an outside patio adjacent to the food court. We arranged the chairs in a circle. They just went around and asked questions, related to your personality, extracurricular activities, and customer service. The length of the interview depends on the number of people present. Since we had a large group, the interview probably lasted 40 minutes.
I got an email the next day telling me I was hired.
It helps if you wear something sold by Hollister Co., or anything that looks like they would sell it.
