Send you CV to them. They got back with a day or two. They then send a prerecorded interview questions that you have to answer by recording yourself. All before the actual face to face interview.

Interview
The application and interview process had a few stages as I was applying for a management role. The first step was applying for the position through indeed. I filled out a short application form and was then sent an email with a link to complete a pre recording video interview. After I submited my video interview, I was later selected to have a teams interview with a member of the HR department. The final step of the interview process required me to have a teams interview with the District manager.
