Long winded application process and gruelling interview carried out by two people. They seemed nice as pie initially, then became quite intimidating and very pressing during the interview. I felt like I was being interrogated at certain points - not a nice feeling.
Recorded interview, four minutes to answer each behaviour question. How quickly the four minutes passed threw me and my first answer wasn’t great as a result. Practise your answers in four minutes beforehand
Online, 3 tests, launchpad interview. There were 2 behaviour and 3 strengths questions. I prepared using the information from the advert. I waited 3 months and was put on reserve list, then offered the job.
Very welcoming. Easy welcoming process and made to feel at ease and very comfortable. A memorable experience - now got to wait and see if I have got the job!
