The process involved three interviews over several weeks. The first two rounds went smoothly, but scheduling the third interview proved challenging - it was rescheduled twice due to the interviewer's last-minute conflicts.
When the third interview finally took place, the experience was notably different from the earlier rounds. The conversation felt more like an interrogation than a dialogue. The interviewer seemed unprepared and unfamiliar with my background despite the multiple reschedules that should have allowed time for review. There was no warmth or effort to make me feel comfortable as a candidate, which stood in stark contrast to the earlier interviewers.
After investing time across three rounds and accommodating multiple reschedules, I was ghosted. The recruiter, who had previously called frequently to coordinate scheduling, stopped responding entirely - no rejection, no follow-up, no explanation. Emails went unanswered.
The lack of professional courtesy after that level of time investment and scheduling disruption was disappointing. Candidates deserve basic communication, especially after multiple rounds.
For prospective candidates: Be prepared for potential scheduling changes and inconsistent communication. The interview experience may vary significantly depending on who you speak with.
