Portfolio showcase and design task – You’ll be asked to walk us through selected projects from your portfolio, focusing on your design process, problem-solving approach, and the impact of your work. This is also a chance to highlight how you collaborate with stakeholders, manage constraints, and translate complex requirements into simple, usable experiences.
Following this, we’ll give you a design task (either take-home or live, depending on the stage). The goal is not only to see your visual/UI skills, but also how you approach research, structure problems, generate ideas, and communicate your rationale. We’re interested in your thinking as much as the final design outcome.
They asked to do an online test in test gorilla. But they send this test to everyone who applies for the job, it just wastes our time. I later confirmed this by applying a dummy CV (literally empty) in their portal. And I received an email saying my skills match their job and they want me to do a test gorilla test. I got high marks from there as well. Then they invited for an interview which was rescheduled several times from their side. Finally had a very unprofessional interview with the HR, she was not ready at all and was hurried. Never had a technical interview. I followed up with their job postings on linkedin and the people they have hired. Even though they have job postings they never really hire many people. They are posting GHOST JOBS. BEWARE!!!!!!
technical challenge, then chat with the founder. Was catfished by a job ad for full time competitive salary with benefits, but then switched to a below-market daily rate at the last minute.
