I was approached by a staffing agency to interview for a contract-to-hire role. I went through a screening with the agency, then a phone screen with Honda Financial. I had a third interview (in-person) with Honda Financial. I was not selected for the job and was not given much feedback other than I had not demonstrated skillsets and competencies for the role. There was no follow from either the staffing agency or Honda. I asked for follow up or more clarification, and no response was given.

Easiest interview ever. Simply asked a lot of noninvasive personal questions, so no pressure. They’re just trying to see if you’d be a good phone personality because that’s where you start in this company.
