Skype interview. Very professional and too the point. The Area Marketing Manger is very friendly and easy going. Very helpful. They are looking for self starters with passion for the product as well as sustainable life practices.
Respond to questions with a positive outlook and give honest and straightforward answers.
Most of the questions seem to be directed towards how you will fit in with the rest of the team.

I only had to partake in two phone calls before I was offered the position. Questions were general and pretty easy to answer. My interviewer was my direct boss which helped me understand who I would be working with and she was able to accurately tell me about the position.
