Question 1
They asked about my previous experience and whether I had any experience with the work they perform.
Standard interview, but was surprised when asked if I had experience in a state that was not anywhere near the office I was in. The job description should have been more detailed in what they were looking for. Attorney seemed inexperience in interviewing people. He was nervous during the entire process, grasping to find questions. There was a second attorney in the office, who never came out to meet me. Seems like a good company to work for, but this office was not established or organized in anyway. I did not bother to follow up as my mind was already made up against this specific location.
