HR discussion was nice, however user and the C levels seems to have idea of the job role focus. I specifically asked the manager before i got into the presentation part, what was the role focus were (internal/ external) so that i can focus my case studies based on the answer. I deep dived my knowledge based on the manager's direction only to find the other users and C levels thought i wasn't build for the job because i focused more on the opposite direction.

The talent partner is very proactive, doesn't normally need to be chased and gets things booked in timely/offers good advice. Very friendly. My most recent experience wasn't the best as the final interview got rescheduled for no clear reason (or I wasn't told), then canceled hours before due to a team "issue" in-house. Didn't find the situation very respectful as I had made a lot of effort to present a lengthy task in-person, during working hours, the week before; made me question how much they care about people/value people's time. Shame as the company seems really interesting.
