Hubble Homes interview questions

I applied online through Indeed and I was interviewed by the controller via video chat. The interview went fairly well and I was invited for a follow up interview. I was also asked to complete a personality assessment. After I completed the assessment, I received a call saying they needed to reschedule the interview and they would be in touch with me, and then I never heard back. I received zero responses to my follow up email and the position was later removed. The assistant controller position has been advertised multiple times since then and each time it’s advertised, I receive requests to apply via indeed and the controller will check out my LinkedIn profile. I find this to be extremely odd behavior. If a company is this weird during the interview process, I can’t imagine what they’re like once you’re actually hired.

Traditional professional approach. First interview was one on one with Manager. Described job duties well. Reviewed my Resumé with me. Asked questions about past jobs, established rapport. Invited to 2nd interview with Production Manager?. Similar interview questions, based on my past job experience. Friendly, professional. Overall a positive experience. Recommend company.
