I believe there are three steps involved with this interview process. I only made it through the first step, which was a phone interview with HR. The woman I spoke with was incredibly nice and very easy to talk to. She answered all my questions and was very clear about expectations. Unfortunately I was not offered the position, purely due to experience, but it was made clear by the organization that they would love to have me on the team, simply in a different role. I truly appreciated their honesty.
