The process was smooth and friendly. There were three steps. First introduction with one HR, then meetings with two HR to discuss the terms, then finally the team meeting. The interviewer and the team member all were very friendly. It felt nice to talk to them. But they didn’t send any kind of response even after my follow up emails. They should have let me know the update. That's why I'm rating neutral, otherwise it was good experience.
