Hydrow interview questions

It was casual and the interviewer was easy to talk to. We talked about the company, my experience, and personal interests as well. They mainly wanted to see if your interest aligns with their work. They don't only depend on professional experience, but also personal projects.

Initial phone screen, then case interview, then final round consisting of three interviews. I was basically ghosted after the final round. I had to follow up with FOUR of my interviewers before I finally received a rejection three weeks after completing the final round. It really seems like I wouldn't have heard anything if I hadn't followed up so many times.
