Recruiter is very unprofessional, scheduled for Interview call and did not make it up and after few days again schedules and repeats. Same reason provided multiple times. Interview scheduled with Hiring manager and did not received the call, after few days got mail from recruiter saying after hiring manager interview decided not to move forward for on-site interview. Complete waste of time.
They need to review internal team dynamics and improve collaboration between teams. So this kind of mistakes avoided.
