Interview
Recruiter is very unprofessional, scheduled for Interview call and did not make it up and after few days again schedules and repeats. Same reason provided multiple times. Interview scheduled with Hiring manager and did not received the call, after few days got mail from recruiter saying after hiring manager interview decided not to move forward for on-site interview. Complete waste of time.
They need to review internal team dynamics and improve collaboration between teams. So this kind of mistakes avoided.
Interview process included HR and multiple rounds of technical interviews. First technical interview is with one of the leads of the team, and then you are asked to do a presentation to demonstrate your technical depth.

- Interview process was not well organized
- People seemed least interested to be in the interview
- Director was only half-present in the room, walking in and out during the final round presentation
- Was questioned on a skill set which was not even mentioned in my resume
- Only invite candidates who meet all your basic criteria for the interview, onsite
