Fairly short and effective hiring and interview process for an international organization. The only entry is through application on their website. Shortlisted candidates will be called for a competency based interview which is the standard interview model in international organizations. The interview itself is conducted by a team of representatives from the Organization.

Interview
After completing both a video interview and an in-person interview, I had expected at least a direct email informing me of the outcome. Instead, I received a generic system update on their application portal. The process felt overly bureaucratic, and given their lack of transparency throughout, I can't say I was surprised — but it was still disappointing.
