Very smooth, precise, and efficient. The people are straightforward. The interview with the higher-ups was nerve-wracking, I felt like I was having my final thesis defense. I love the environment right away. Though the background check takes time all were definitely worth the wait.

They will ask you what your day-to-day tasks from your previous (most recent) employer are. You must carefully walk through them.
in depth questions were asked from past experience to reason for switching. analytical test along with case study. future plans and what i can bring to the organization was discussed. total of 3 interviews were conducted.
