Very effective.
After an informative phone call with the talent acquisition partner, then it comes a video interview. And you will get feedback within 2 weeks. Very good interview experience.
basic phone interview asking about education and experience. A week later an in person interview with 2 people. They gave details about the position and asked lots of behavioral questions too see if you are a good fit for the company. They asked again about my education and work experience. No technical questions were asked.
