The process was not defined clearly.
It was a call in which it seemed they wanted to hire me at that very moment.
It didn't seem to be very accurate and no defined role was offered.

I was interviewed by a lady , which I never met again at ICD. She was not obviously working there. Apparently no one else was interested in conducting interviews with responsibility, none of our managers.

Interview
Short online application followed up with Skype call. Call was easy questions were basic (why do you want to work here? Past experience?) there are no real difficult questions nor do you have to demonstrate expert knowledge.
