Interview
Hr asked questions based on banking. A few questions on analytics and how it is useful in banking. Questions from coursework listed in the resume (mostly on stats). Other things related to why moving from core and why not stay in mechanical engineering,.
Screening round,
HR round,
Technical round,
Reporting manager round,
Final discussion with human resources team.
So overall process includes 3-4 stages of interview.
The level of interview is good and knowledgeable.
Interviewera are also interactive.
at first , the interviewers only focus on your communication and interpersonal skills. then your situation handling skills. after you clear these questions only then they will proceed to ask technical questions.
Very minimal interview and got selected but not taken the offer due to some targets and field work
Salary and bonus are good but I think there won't be career growth
