there were only two person one from HR and one from Banking. there Banking knowledge was on the lower side and HR person seems to be very new. the questions asked were very easy with regard to banking as i have eight and half year of experience in banking at that time. Further the i was the most experienced person among all the candidates appeared at that time.
Good process but very slow. Its takes weeks to come back after the first call to book an interview and then it is a formality to get over with when you don't want to hire.

At first I applied for the post of regional manager through online, timesjob.com. After 2 days a mail had been received from the Company. Then I replied of the mail. Then recruiter called me and gave me interview date and place and time. Then I went there.
