Video calling hr and one manager. Two members in panel asking about our previous working concern and the interview process. Its all only about previous company.this company only hires various departments management team as a branch manager
First round is Aptitude, second round is gd and third round is inter view , mainly mba graduate are preferred by them or who have banking knowledge .there is no incentive option available for the employee
It was easy questions general branch handling day to day activities customer meet sales activities basic branch handling question transaction cash process account activation customer handling experience and queries management experience
It was good, they asked me about my goals, my hobbies, my background, why i want join this organisation, they basically concentrate on my answer of why to join this organisation.
