My entire interview process with ICL Group was seamless! I was contacted almost immediately after applying and scheduled my interviews within the week after being contacted. My experience meeting with the ICL team was wonderful. I am so excited to be apart of their amazing team!!

Interview
First they had me go over my resume and describe what I did in each role and why I left those positions. Then they described the position to me in their own terms and asked if I had any questions. We ended the interview with some structured, behavioral-based questions. Overall it was a very good process that felt professional but not very tense.
