IDEO.org interview questions

The overall interview process took about two months. I had 3 total interviews, one with the hiring staff, a panel, then with the direct manager. The final round was an assignment, given to understand how you may respond and act in a certain situation. Questions involved abstract, get-to-understand your thought process questions and included real life scenarios about how you manage priorities, project coordination and about the work you'd be doing specifically. The salary range was extremely low (50-60k), given that this was a position in SF.

It was disjointed and protracted and included one interviewer with 2 years of experience and that made it uncomfortable for the interviewer; there was no feedback after the interview, quite unfortunate.
