Working for IDinsight seems to require consistent follow through and good timing. The first time I applied it was two months before I heard anything from HR, but by then it was too late and I had taken another opportunity. The second time I applied, the start date of the position had been pushed back by 6 months so I withdrew my application. If you want to work at IDinsight, I think it's necessary to keep on applying and following up with HR because the recruitment process appears very slow-going.
